Raids

The Raids page assembles raw damage events into actual raids: an attacker, a defender, a base, a weapon bill, and an outcome.

Column Means
Started When the first qualifying damage landed. A live dot means it is still going
Outcome See below
Online / Offline Whether defenders were awake and nearby while it happened
Attackers / Defenders Who was involved on each side
Structures destroyed How much of the base came down, and whether the TC went with it
Sulfur Estimated raw-sulfur cost of the explosives thrown at the base

The sulfur figure is an estimate from Rust’s crafting costs — the same figures the Bases page uses to value the boom sitting in a base.

Outcome Means
In progress Happening right now
Base cracked The tool cupboard was destroyed
Partial Structures came down, the TC survived
Repelled The defenders held
Abandoned The attack fizzled out

Marked from whether TC-authorised defenders were connected and awake within 40 metres while the raid was happening — measured at the time, not inferred afterwards.

This is the number that settles the “we got offlined” argument, and it settles it with data rather than vibes.

Not every hit on a wall. The plugin filters to genuine raid activity:

  • Twig is excluded. Knocking down twig during build phase is common harassment, not a raid, so it never generates raid events
  • The attacker must be unauthorised — not the owner, not TC-authorised, not on the same team. Your own team knocking down your own walls is not a raid
  • The damage must come from a raid-appropriate weapon — explosives, fire, melee tools

Explosives used, structures destroyed and combat hits are all recorded alongside, so a raid detail shows the real cost of the attack.

Every PvP hit is recorded — attacker, victim, weapon, damage, distance, hit area, headshot, and the victim’s health at the time, including the killing blow.

This is what answers “was that legitimate?” It captures pre-hit state, so a suspicious 400-metre headshot with a pistol is visible as exactly that.

Raid and combat events are flushed every 10 seconds, so an active raid appears while it is still going rather than after the fact.
