Worth watching
Under People → Worth watching. It ranks the players on your current wipe by how unusual their play looks, and shows the working behind every position.
Read this part first
Section titled “Read this part first”It is a ranking, not an accusation. Nothing on this page concludes that anybody is cheating, nothing is flagged, and nobody is alerted — there is no notification, no threshold and no automatic consequence anywhere behind it.
That is deliberate rather than unfinished. A queue that cries wolf teaches you to ignore the one time it matters, and CerebRUST does not yet have enough combat data across enough servers to set an honest cut-off. So instead of guessing a number and calling it provisional, the page gives you the order and the evidence and leaves the judgement where it belongs.
The median score beside the list is the number to read the top against. If the highest score is close to the median, nobody stands out — which is the usual and correct answer on a healthy server.
What goes into a score
Section titled “What goes into a score”Each part is shown with the raw numbers behind it, so you can disagree with the arithmetic:
- Headshot rate — headshots as a share of landed hits.
- Hits per kill — how much of a magazine a kill costs them.
- Very long range hits — hits past 250 m, which is hard on any server.
- Sulfur per hour — progression speed, against the time they actually played.
- Time to first kill — how quickly they got their first kill after first joining.
Everyone is compared against the other players on your wipe, not against a fixed number. A 5× gather server and a vanilla one produce completely different figures, and a threshold tuned on one would be noise on the other. There is nothing to configure.
A small sample scores zero, not high. One headshot out of one hit is not a 100% headshot rate worth surfacing, so every part of the score needs a minimum amount of play behind it before it counts at all. Players below that appear at the bottom with nothing listed, which is honest.
What it cannot tell you
Section titled “What it cannot tell you”There is no accuracy figure, and there will not be one until the plugin changes. Rust’s combat log records hits, not shots — a miss is never sent anywhere — so shots-fired does not exist in CerebRUST’s data. A number called “accuracy” built from hits alone would look authoritative and mean nothing. Headshot rate and hits-per-kill are real measurements and are what stand in its place.
A high sleeper-kill count is a farmer, not a cheat. It is collected as a signal and is deliberately not part of the score.
Clearing somebody
Section titled “Clearing somebody”Open a player from the list and set the Reviewed — fine flag. They leave the queue and stay out until somebody removes the flag.
A human judgement outranks the arithmetic permanently. That is the whole reason notes and flags exist before this page does.
