Quick start for players

You do not need to install anything. If the server you play on runs CerebRUST, your activity is already flowing into it. Signing in just lets you see your own slice of it.

There are three things worth doing, and together they take about two minutes.

1. Sign in with Steam

Go to app.cerebrust.xyz and click Login with Steam in the top right. You will be sent to Steam’s own login page, and back again once you approve.

CerebRUST never sees your Steam password. Steam confirms who you are and returns your Steam ID — that is the whole exchange.

Your Steam ID is what ties you to your in-game activity, so there is nothing else to set up. Your history is waiting as soon as you land.

This is the one that actually earns its keep. With Discord linked, CerebRUST can DM you when something needs your attention — most usefully, when your base is about to decay and when something hostile is sniffing around it.

3. Check your bases

Account menu → My bases. Every tool cupboard you own or are authorised on, across every server you play, sorted so the one closest to decaying is at the top.
